QR Translator accepts subscription payments in the following currencies:
- $ USD (US Dollar)
- € EUR (Euro)
- £ GBP (British Pound Sterling)
- $ AUD (Australian Dollar)
- ¥ JPY (Japanese Yen)
- ¥ CYN (Chinese Yuan)
The currency associated with your account is automatically set based on your detected country at the time of account creation. Prior to making your first payment, you can change your location and currency in Account Settings.
Please note that it is not possible to change your account’s currency when you have active subscriptions (free trials are not counted as active subscriptions). If you have active subscriptions and wish to change your account’s currency, you’ll need to first end all your active subscriptions.
If you have active subscriptions and wish to change your account’s currency, you’ll need to first end all your active subscriptions. You can do this by:
- Disabling automatic renewal for all QR codes and letting the subscriptions expire naturally.
- Deleting any QR codes with active subscriptions (please note that refunds are not applicable)
