As of September 17 2022, we offer 43 languages: Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese, Khmer, Thai, Burmese, Tagalog, Indonesian, Malay, Bengali, Birmese, Lao, Nepali, Urdu, Hindi, Mongolian, Persian, Arabic, Hebrew, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Greek, Romanian, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Czech, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Dutch.
One QR code can display up to 15 languages (this includes the source language).
Yes. It is possible to edit each translation. You can also add images, links, and videos. This makes it possible to customise your content to meet the needs of your audience based on the language they speak.
Your translations will not be updated automatically after you edit the original text: With each update, you get the option to retranslate all, part, or none of the other languages.
It is also possible to "repurpose" what was originally a target language as a new source language.
For example, say you first translated your original English text to French, and Spanish. Then, you added some images to the French translation. Now you wish to add the images to the Spanish translation as well (but not the English translation!). You can achieve this by retranslating the Spanish translation by setting French as the new source text.
Unless you delete a translation from the Dashboard screen, it will remain on the server indefinitely.
Please note, however, that unread translations that have been in the system for long periods of time may be deleted at the discretion of the webmaster.
QR Translator is a registered trademark of PIJIN Co., Ltd. QRT images generated by our web service may be used free of charge. Secondary commercial applications, such as printing logos on products, require a separate license. Please contact us for further details.
You can activate your QR Code for free for 14 days. After 14 days, your code will become inactive. It will still be possible to scan the code and access the content and translation, but a watermark will appear on the page. If you wish to remove the watermark, you can extend the activation period from the Dashboard screen after logging in. the activation period.
You can choose to renew your membership manually or automatically.
Machine translation is free on both the free trial and paid plan.
