*It is not possible to change your account's currency when you have active subscriptions (free trials are not counted as active subscriptions). Prior to making your first payment, you can change your location and currency in your Account Settings. If you have active subscriptions and wish to change your account's currency, you'll need to first end all your active subscriptions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The free trial starts as soon as you create a new QR code. You won't be charged during the free trial. After your free trial ends, a watermark will appear on the translations. To remove the watermark, please start a subscription by registering a payment method (credit card) and clicking the Activate button on the dashboard.

Subscriptions are available on a flexible monthly per QR code basis. By default, subscriptions are set to renew automatically every month. You can turn off automatic renewal for a QR code by disabling the "Automatic Renewal" option on the dashboard.

Machine translation is free. You can edit the machine translations, so you can choose to replace them with your own translations. You can regenerate machine translations as many times as you need. We do not offer human translations.

QR Translator is a registered trademark of PIJIN Co., Ltd. QR codes generated by our web service may be printed and distributed free of charge for up to 10,000 copies. Should you plan to distribute more than 10,000 copies, we kindly request you to get in touch with us for further details.

By using our service, you agree not to remove or alter the QR Translator logo present in QR codes generated through our service. The QR Translator logo must remain visible and unmodified in any output or derivative. Please contact us for further details.
