Please be aware that deleted accounts cannot be restored. All QR codes, including QR codes with active subscriptions will be deleted permanently. Cancelled subscriptions due to account deletion are non-refundable.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account.
2. Open My Account.
3. Click Permanently delete my account. A dialog will appear. To permanently delete your account, type ‘yes’ and click OK.

Unless you delete a QR code (or an individual translation), it will remain on the server indefinitely. Please note, however, inactive QR codes with expired subscriptions that have been in the system for extended periods of time may be deleted at our discretion.

1. Login to your account.
2. Open My Account.
3. Under Email Preferences, uncheck the options you want to stop receiving emails about.

If you know your current password, follow these steps to change it:

1. Login to your account.
2. Open My Account.
3. In the New password field, enter your new password. Repeat in the Re-enter new password field.
4. Click Save.

If you do not know your current password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to the QR Translator login page.
2. Click Forgot Password or Username?
3. Under Reset password, enter your username and click Send.
4. We’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your username.

Follow these steps to retrieve your username:

1. Go to the QR Translator login page.
2. Click Forgot Password or Username?
3. Under Retrieve Username, enter your email address and click Send.
4. We will send you an email with the username(s) associated with your email address.
