In which currencies can I pay?

QR Translator accepts subscription payments in the following currencies:

  • $ USD (US Dollar)
  • € EUR (Euro)
  • £ GBP (British Pound Sterling)
  • $ AUD (Australian Dollar)
  • ¥ JPY (Japanese Yen)
  • ¥ CYN (Chinese Yuan)

The currency associated with your account is automatically set based on your detected country at the time of account creation. Prior to making your first payment, you can change your location and currency in Account Settings.

Please note that it is not possible to change your account’s currency when you have active subscriptions (free trials are not counted as active subscriptions). If you have active subscriptions and wish to change your account’s currency, you’ll need to first end all your active subscriptions.

  • Disabling automatic renewal for all QR codes and letting the subscriptions expire naturally.
  • Deleting any QR codes with active subscriptions (please note that refunds are not applicable)

When working with multiple members in a project, can any team member control subscriptions and related payments?

The ability to control subscriptions and manage related payments is exclusive to the owner of the project. The owner of the project is the user who first created the project. You can check who the owner of a project is in the Project Members dialog. The owner will be marked with a crown before their username.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are available on a flexible monthly per QR code basis. By default, subscriptions are set to renew automatically every month. You can turn off automatic renewal for a QR code by disabling the “Automatic Renewal” option on the dashboard.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

The free trial starts as soon as you create a new QR code. You won’t be charged during the free trial. After your free trial ends, a watermark will appear on the translations. To remove the watermark, please start a subscription by registering a payment method (credit card) and clicking the Activate button on the dashboard.
