How can I delete my account?

Please be aware that deleted accounts cannot be restored. All QR codes, including QR codes with active subscriptions will be deleted permanently. Cancelled subscriptions due to account deletion are non-refundable.

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account.
2. Open My Account.
3. Click Permanently delete my account. A dialog will appear. To permanently delete your account, type ‘yes’ and click OK.
