This article explains how to change your account’s email address and manage email notifications.
Your email address is used to recover login details and to send subscription-related notifications and product updates.
How to change your account’s email address
ℹ️ If you are using your Google account to login to QR Translator, you cannot change your email address.
- Log in to your account.
- Open the main menu (navigation icon left from the QR Translator logo), then click My Account.
- Under Account Information, enter the new email address.
- Click save.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. Click the link in the email to confirm the change.
How to manage email notifications
- Log in to your account.
- Open the main menu (navigation icon left from the QR Translator logo), then click My Account.
- Under E-mail Preferences, select the notifications you want to receive.
