Before you begin

If you use social login (Google) to sign in to QR Translator:

• Passwords are managed by Google. Please change your password directly through your Google account,
  or:
• Unlink your Google account to set a username and password for QR Translator.

How to recover your username

1. Go to the QR Translator login page.
2. Click Can’t login?
3. Click Recover username.
4. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account.
5. Click send.
   We will send you an email with all usernames associated with your email address.

How to change your password

If you know your current password:

1. Login to your account.
2. Open My Account.
3. In the New password field, enter your new password. Repeat in the Re-enter new password field.
4. Click Save.

How to reset your password

If you do not know your current password:

1. Go to the QR Translator login page.
2. Click Forgot Password or Username?
3. Under Reset password, enter your username and click Send.
4. We’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your username.
