Change account currency

The currency associated with your account is automatically set based on your detected country at the time of account creation. This article shows how you can change it for future payments.

Before you begin

Changing the currency of your account is only possible if you have 0 active subscriptions. If you do have active subscriptions but need to change it,

  • Disable Auto-extend Activation for all activated QR codes and let the subscriptions expire naturally.
  • Delete any QR codes with active subscriptions.
    ⚠️ Important: Please note that refunds for remaining time are not applicable.

How to change your account’s currency

  1. Open the main menu (navigation icon left from the QR Translator logo), click My Account.
  2. Under Currency and Payment Method, use the drop down box to select your preferred currency.
